Dining
matters
- In order to avoid waste, please inform us if there are any food or beverage allergies (including alcohol) or inedible ingredients at the time of reservation, and we cannot adjust the ingredients on the day.
Our set menu focuses primarily on Japanese Wagyu beef dishes. Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests for menus that are raw-food-free, beef-free, seafood-free, ovo-lacto vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, sesame-free, kombu (kelp)-free, or fava bean-free. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please inform us at least 72 hours prior to your dining date, and we will do our best to adjust the menu for you.
- In order to maintain the dining experience of each guest, if the dining time is 15 minutes over, you will not be able to dine in the restaurant.
- The minimum spend per person is one set meal + service fee.
- For omakase counter and private room dining, the experience typically spans 2.5 to 3 hours. We kindly invite you to set aside ample time to fully savour every moment of your dining journey.
- Reservations must be made in advance at NT$2,000 per person.
- Bring your own drinks: Those who bring their own drinks will be charged a glass washing fee NT$200/cup.
- Bring your own cake: Those who bring their own cake will be charged a cleaning fee NT$300/item.
Changes and
Cancellations
- If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please be sure to confirm the change or cancel the reservation at least 5 days before the scheduled meal date.
- Cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to reservation will be free of charge.(Please note that modifying the reservation date will be regarded as a cancellation.)
- If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the meal date, a loss of food ingredient fee of NT$2,000 per person will be charged. (Modifying the reservation date within this period will also be regarded as a cancellation and subject to the same fee.)
For group bookings or reservations of 8 or more guests, no cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made more than 168 hours prior to your dining time (please note that changing the date will be treated as a cancellation).
For group bookings or reservations of 8 or more guests, if the cancellation is made within 168 hours of your dining time (please note that changing the date will be treated as a cancellation), a fee of NT$2,000 per person will be charged to cover the cost of the ingredients prepared for you.
- The handling fee for deposit refunds must be borne by the customer.
- On the day of the meal, if the number of diners is reduced, we will charge NT$2,000 per person for the loss of ingredients. (Cannot be discounted with drinks and extra points)
Restaurant
rules
In order to maintain the dining experience of other guests, children under the age of 12 will not be admitted. If bringing a child under the age of 12 is considered a violation of the restaurant’s rules, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and treat it as a last-minute cancellation.
- Children aged 12 and above are considered as adults and will be counted in the number of bookings and must meet the basic consumption.
- The restaurant reserves the right to change the menu.
- In case of force majeure or accidents, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel or change the reservation.
- Please wear formal attire, do not wear slippers and avoid excessive use of perfume or cologne. Gentlemen are not allowed to wear tank tops and shorts.
- Our store is completely non-smoking, and e-cigarettes are within the scope of non-smoking.
- In order to maintain the quality of dining for all guests, it is recommended to use mobile phones to talk outside the store.
- Due to food hygiene and safety considerations, the restaurant does not provide take-out or take-out services.
- In order to maintain the dining experience of other customers, the use of flash or bring your own lighting equipment to take photos is not allowed in the restaurant.
- Outside eating/taking away beverages are not allowed in the restaurant, and pets are not allowed.
- Vegetarian meals are not available.
- If the restaurant environment is damaged due to human factors during the meal, we will charge a repair fee according to the degree of damage.
